2. Update your software, including applications and your Operating System
3. Keep an eye on e-mail attachments and instant messaging links; remember to communicate before you open!
4. Try to memorize your password
5. Don't share your passwords with anyone, ever, for any reason! No one should ever ask for your passwords.
6. Use common sense online
7. Try to change your password at least once a year, more often if you can
8. Run adware and spyware scans weekly
9. Browse the web - or use Stumble Upon in Mozilla if you think you've seen it all
