Step 1: Install the PatchesNote: You will need to restart your computer after installing these patches. Open Internet Explorer (This does not work in Firefox.) Click Tools > then Windows Updates. |

Click on Scan for Updates. Webpage will change progressively from 0% to 100% and then Click on "Review and install updates." Now Click on the "Install now" button. You may have to restart your computer after the installation is completed. Without restarting your computer most updates will not work. Step 2: Turn Off File and Print Sharing First, right click on My Network Places and select Properties. |

Next, find your Network Card (probably labeled Local Area Connection or the name of the type of Ethernet adapter you have installed), right click on it, and select Properties. |

Uncheck File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks. |

Repeat this step for each network adapter you have installed. Step 3: Run the Stinger ToolClick HERE to download the Stinger Tool. Click HERE to download the Stinger all files scan option file. After you download stinger, simply double click on the program and click on 'Scan Now'. The tool will automatically delete infected files. |

Step 4: Install Mcafee VirusScan and ePOAfter running the patch, if you do not have a Virus Scanner, PLEASE download a FREE full version of Mcafee VirusScan and ePO.
