The Sandburg Café is conveniently located on the second floor of the residence halls and offers customers a large variety of options seven days a week.  For all of you early birds, the Café offers freshly baked items like muffins and bagels, as well as a cereal bar with over 15 different assortments.  A hot breakfast is served every morning for those looking for something a little more filling.  Try one of the many freshly brewed coffees or cappuccinos from the daily grind.  A fruit bar and a salad bar offer fresh produce to accompany every meal. 

Made to order deli sandwiches are available with a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, and all the fixings.  Two homemade soups are made by our accomplished cooks every morning.  Our executive chef has planned our lunch and dinner menus to be diverse, nutritional, and well-balanced.  This should keep all of our mothers pleased.  Don’t forget dessert!  The Café offers an array of cookies, cupcakes, brownies, jello, puddings, pies, cakes, and of course ice cream for the sweet tooth in all of us.

Customers are encouraged to eat their meals in our spacious dining room that seats over 300 people. The dining room offers a clean, relaxed atmosphere where one can enjoy their meal while watching a favorite television show or studying for the next exam.  The Sandburg Café has always aimed at providing students with a fun, convenient place to eat a variety of delicious foods.  In an effort to do this, Sandburg Café hosts special events throughout the year with meals that focus on certain ethnicities, cultures, and holidays.
