The Restaurant Operations unit in Enderis Hall is located in the Denmark Lounge on the first floor.  Whether you are stopping in for a quick meal, or just a snack between classes we have plenty of choices to offer.  We serve breakfast sandwiches beginning at 7:30am and bakery items all through the day.  For lunch you can choose from pre-made salads, subs, and snacks as well as our daily lunch special.  Soups, and other quick snacks are always available as well as our famous fresh cookies.  We also have plenty of vegetarian choices.  Stop in for a cup of coffee, or a whole meal and sit and relax in the quiet Denmark Lounge.
