What has been your greatest acomplishment in the foodservice industry? Being honored with the executive chef position at UW-Milwaukee has been a great accomplishment.

As far as vegetarian choices in the Union food court go, patrons can find meals scattered throughout the various fast food restaurants. Pacific Wraps suggests the Mediterranean Veggie wrap, which features marinated tofu, onions, bean sprouts and cucumber, while the Flour Shop has multiple salads and sushi.

Eleven to two, that’s their hours and don’t you forget it. The Kenwood Inn is located on the third floor of UWM’s Union and if you haven’t been here on your lunch break, you are missing out on semi-gourmet college food.

What I am about to do is unleash a big campus secret, that not even I knew about until a mere few weeks ago. There’s a little place on the third floor of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Union called the Kenwood Inn.

For a very limited time only, farm-fresh Wisconsin produce is being served at Union Station, Sandburg Café, Kenwood Inn and other dining spots on campus.
