Job Description: Food Srvc Wrkr-DISHROOM

Job Qualifications:

Must be a responsible individual able to perform very routine work assignments. Must be quick, efficient and dependable. Must be willing and able to perform cleaninf and sanitation duties.

Essential Duties:

DISHROOM OPERATIONS: Load dishes in dishroom; unload and stack dishes at the end of the wash cycle; supply dining areas with clean trays; keep dishroom storage areas clean, safe and in order; keep dish machine clean and in proper operating condition as scheduled. POTS & PANS: Wash pots, pans, and other large cooking utensitls; store them in their proper place; assist in the cleaning of dishroom area. CLEARING: Bus dining areas; transport tray carts to the dishroom; assist in the cleaning and sanitation of thedishroom, kitchen and other areas as assigned by supervisor.

Additional Duties:

Responsible for adhering to sanitation and health standards. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (4 hours); must have reasonably good vision and hearing to operate safely in a food production area; must be able to lift 30-40 pounds repeatedly.
