Job Description: Food Service Worker-BEG

Job Qualifications:

Ability to work quickly, accurately and maintain a pleasant disposition. Must be responsible and reliable.

Essential Duties:

FOOD PREPARATION - Assist with all phases of food preparation for salads, sandwiches, beverages, entrees, soup and specialty items; maintain sanitation standards and portion control per instructions. FOOD SERVING - Set up serving stations including utensils, food, dishes, supplies and condiments; Maintain sanitation standards per instructions.

Additional Duties:

Maintain beverage station dispensers, refill as necessary; repleanish condiments and serving utensils; complete required reports; clear and clean dining area tables after each meal period; perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50# repeatedly, and be able to stand for long periods of time (4 hours); must have reasonably good vision and hearing
