Speaker's Bureau Interest?

The LGBTRC is exploring the option of including students in their Speaker's Bureau. Some of the opportunities that will be available for this include speaking to classes about inclusion and diversity, being an interviewee for students researching inclusion and diversity, etc. Some training would be required.

 Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)

Emerging Leaders is a two-year program designed to develop future leaders. Participants engage in workshops, activities, internships, volunteerism, retreats, and classroom learning that allows for the development of a leader on campus, in the community, and in a future career. Media Specialist Volunteer Opportunity! 

The Youth Agency Our Next Generation is looking for a media specialist who can teach a digital animation workshop to a small group of high school students. The position would require the ideal candidate to plan out, with the Educational Coordinator, a 6 week workshop series as well as implement the program.  Our Next Generation has two Apples with the needed software.  This is a great opportunity for students who are majoring in Digital Editing, Graphics, etc. The position would require 2 hours a week plus extra time for meetings/planning of curriculum.
