Events
COAST Leaders have planned a variety of different events since the introduction of the program in the Spring of 2008. We began the program with only 6 COAST Leaders and have grown to 14 for the 2009-10 year. With a growth in COAST Leaders comes a growth in our programming. COAST Leaders would like to invite all residents of the UWM communities to join us in all of our events to help build a stronger campus community. Each COAST Leader is responsible for planning two events, each semester. Events are informational, social, and for the good of the community and environment. Our events are open to all UWM students and area residents. The goal of our programming is to encourage students to be active in their communities, to seek out resources and connect with neighbors and the community.
