Healthy Habits

What: Join Liz and Jessica for this informational event about healthy habits! This nutrition program will provide students with the inforamtion about how to eat healthy on a budget. There will be informational handouts, free snacks, a free healthy cookbook, and a game for students to participate in.
Spaghetti Dinner Benefit

What: COAST Leaders Ashley and Katie are hosting this Spaghetti Dinner Benefit as a way to get together to support community resources including Second Harvest of Wisconsin and Pathfinders. Information on these resources will be provided at the event. All proceeds will be donated to the charity of choice of the individual donating. We will also be accepting perishable food items, which will be donated to the Hunger Task Force.
Taste of Milwaukee: Part 3

Where: Stonefly Brewery in Riverwest
What: Taste of Milwaukee is a 3 part program that will take place on the first Tuesday of October, November and December (10/6, 11/3, and 12/1). I will be taking anyone who want to go to three local restaurants, Mai Thai on Brady St. Comet cafe on Farwell and Stonefly Brewery in Riverwest. Attendees should bring money to purchase their dinner and bus passes or bus fare. We will meet in front of the Neighborhood Housing Office at 5:00pm.
