This link takes you to UWM’s University Relations homepage. From here, you can navigate to different government sites, including public records and government relations. University Relations will list rental units for faculty and staff in UWM neighborhoods, which they define as north to Capitol Drive, south to Brady Street, West to Holton, and east to the lake.
There are nine Neighborhood Associations surrounding the immediate campus area. Each of them also sends a representative to UNA (University Neighborhood Associations).
The Walk to Work Employee Home Ownership Program gives employees free home-buying assistance. UWM employees have the opportunity to receive home purchase subsidies, low-cost financing for first-time home buyers, and referrals to reliable real estate agents, home inspectors, and insurance companies.
If you are having problems finding a rental unit that fits your needs there are other options that are available to you. You can browse through these other options within the links found in this section.
This section contains information on homes and condominiums currently for sale in the immediate UWM campus area directed at students, parents, and faculty staff.
