Laughter Yoga
Health & Wellness Series
Monday, February 11
Noon - 1:30pm | Union Art Gallery
Free & Open to the Public
Laughter Yoga is a form of yoga that doesn’t require poses and postures, but does include the practice of deep abdominal breathing, movement and group interaction. Participants will learn the many health benefits of laughter yoga, including lowered blood pressure, increased immunity and better respiratory health. Then we’ll actually practice some laughter yoga exercises. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and may enjoy the best night of sleep you’ve had in years! Our facilitator, Beth Boeck, is an alum of UWM’s Masters in Social Work program and co-founder of The Healing Space on Main in Menomonee Falls
